House Beers


SKILLS PILS
halfpint.JP An international style Pilsner with German malts, New Zealand hops and Czech lager yeast.
C.R.E.A.M. ALE
Clean and supremely drinkable
with just a touch of flaked corn and Palisades hops.
This is an American classic.

HOP COMMON
Unfiltered with amber hues and a medium body. Segal Ranch Nugget and Cascade Hops give citrus and fresh pine on the nose. Finishes dry with slight bitterness. 

AMAZEballs 
Single Hop American Pale Ale using Australian Galaxy Hops.
Offers all the hop flavor without bitterness.
EASTERN STANDARD IPA 
Another true classic,our IPA holds nothing back. It’s loaded up with Simcoe and Citra
hops, grown for us at Carpenter Ranches in Granger, WA.
SHOTGUN WILLIE
Rye IPA over hopped using an abundance of Nelson Sauvin hops from New Zealand.
DREAM  OF THE 90s
Coffee IPA dry hopped with Mosaic hops and finished with Finca la Bonita Coffee Beans from Coffee Labs in Tarrytown, NY. 
NEW WAGON
Strong Ale, brewed with British Maris Otter malt and East Kent Golding Hop. Wagon is boiled overnight in order to create the deep color and caramelized flavor.

DOUBLE STANDARD
Full bodied, American Double IPA take on our Eastern Standard. Loaded with even more Citra and Simcoe hops.
HIGHER STANDARD
With the Simcoe and Citra added in our kettle, coolship, hopback and then twice in the fermenter, this smooth Triple IPA will satisfy your inner hophead. TAP NY Governor’s Cup Winner for Best Beer in NY State
SIMPLE SOUR
Brewed with wheat, corn and brettanomyces. This Sour is quick, dry and refreshing.
DRye Stout
Dry style stout brewed with malted and flaked rye. Served authentically from cask in our clear, hand-pumped through our beer engines.

WORLD’S END
Belgo-American Golden Ale made with Amarillo Hops.
